Rachel joined the I.D. team in Fall on 2011. Her heart’s desire is to bring healing to the broken-hearted; to reach and touch who have been labeled untouchable; love those deemed unlovable. She wants to reach people from all walks of life, and to influence them to turn to Jesus Christ. She has a music ministry as a songwriter and singer in the public with Gods guidance. Chelsea joined the I.D. team in the Fall of 2010. She has a love for music and for leading people in worship. Chelsea has a passion for the Nations and helps with a weekly Bible study for English as Second Language students. She is very involved with her church in Oklahoma City and also works full-time doing ultrasounds. Chelsea Lake Brittany Jones lives in Wilson, Oklahoma. She graduated from home schoolin 2010 and is currently working on her family’s farm. This is her firstyear to be apart of the I.D. Brittany Jones Shara McBroom Staci Byrd was born into a Christian family and has been so blessed to have their love, support, encouragement, and prayers throughout her life. Staci is a recent graduate from Midwestern State University and currently resides in Wichita Falls, TX. She has worked in the youth group at Fairway Baptist Church for over 1 year and loves pouring into and loving on the students. Staci Byrd Charla is a student at the University of Central Oklahoma. She loves towrite, dance, and read. She is one of the worship leaders for the youthgroup at her church, Acts 2 United Methodist Church. One of her spiritualgifts is encouragement, and she loves to lift up and encourage hersisters. She’s a good person to go to if you’d like to talk aboutanything, and you may not want to get her started if you don’t have thetime. Charla Leonard Kaci Dills is from Durant, OK. She is a junior at Southeastern State University studying Sociology. She is involved with the BCM and Women's ministry on Campus and has a passion to see young women living a life of self abandon with their eyes fixed on their Savior, the only true Giver of life. She has an amazing Church family at Western Meadows Baptist Church there in Durant where she is actively involved with the youth and the youth girl's Bible study where she loves teaching about how they are beautiful in God's sight and that they are fearfully and wonderfully made. She loves new and exciting adventure and learning about EVERYTHING. Her favorite color is pink and she loves Elvis Presley. She is so excited to be apart of I.D. Emily Arnold has been involved with I.D. Ministries since 2008. She helps lead worship and keep the energy going during retreats. Emily lives in Texas and attends Midwestern State University. She leads worship at the BSM there, along with at her home church in Holliday, where she also helps lead the youth group. Emily Arnold Linda Henson has been partnering with ID Ministries since 2008. She is a Biblical Counselor with Scope Ministries International and the Director of Student Ministries. She makes herself available to the young ladies who just need to be loved on and listened to. She has been married to the most wonderful and excellent Darrell Henson for 30 years and has two beautiful boys Darrell Jr. (born on his father’s birthday) and Matthew (born on her birthday) How fun is that!!! Linda began her life with Jesus at the age of 19 years old but did not know of her Identity in Christ when she went on staff with Scope Ministries. She does not want any student to have to wait that long to know who they are in Christ and just how much God cherishes them. Linda Henson Rachel Toews joined up with ID Ministries the spring of 2010 as a worship leader. She has helped with worship at her church for about 4 years, has lead worship at several other churches in Oklahoma and helped with her BCM roadcrew worship team. She currently lives at home in Calera, OK and is a Junior at SOSU in Durant. She is a communication major and hopes to attend Bible School after she graduates. Rachel Toews Rachel Hester Karistin Young lives in Elk City, Ok where her husband Ryan, serves as the Youth Minister at First Baptist Church. Previously Ryan and Karistin served in Duncan for 6 1/2 years where Ryan served as Youth MInister and Karistin served as Children's Minister for 1st-6th Grades. Ryan and Karistin have been serving in ministry to children and youth for about the last 12-14 years. Our passion is training up the next generation to love and serve the Lord and conitue to pass the legacy of Christ on. Ryan and Karistin have a daughter, Annslee Karis and a son, Ryan Cross. The Young family also has two other family members, Boston & Sophie,male & female Boston Terriers. Rachel Hester is going into her sophomore year of college and is currently attending Tulsa Community College. She will be transferring to Oklahoma State University by the fall of her junior year to pursue a degree in the Agriculture Department of crops and science. Her ambition in life is to take that degree and go into the mission field and to see how God can use her to fit peoples needs not only physically but spiritually as well. ID ministries has been a huge blessing to Rachel’s life because it has truly taught her that she is Gods creation and how we should delight in his creations! McKenzie Cate is young lady from the lovely city of Tulsa, Oklahoma! Every since she was in highschool, she has loved what IDMinistries is all about: Jesus and loving teenage girls. God has put such a desire in her heart for middle school and high school girls. She has been involved in ID for three years leading worship and just recently teaching sessions as well. When at the retreats, McKenzie loves to dig deep and use every minute to get to know the girls and the staff because our time here is very short! Besides traveling and laughing with the ID girls, she studies psychology at the University of Oklahoma. McKenzie hopes to use this degree with young ladies whether it is with family concerns, friend drama, eating disorders, and anything else that being a teenage girl brings to the table. Also at OU, she has been loving on and living life with girls in a sorority house. Each weekend not only are all the ladies involved with ID Ministries prayed for, but each student who is attending the retreat is prayed for. Kathy Hitchcock Jordan Mortensen is currently a senior at Oklahoma State, where she is majoring in Secondary Education (High School teaching). She is active in a sorority at OSU called Pi Beta Phi and played basketball for OSU one year. Some of her favorite things in life include: the lake, chocolate chip cookies, teamwork, pump up speeches, playing pretend and being silly, athletic competition, people who talk fast like I do, and fresh flowers. However, her greatest joy and the sole thing that defines who she is is her relationship with Jesus Christ! He is what gives a reason to live and love This relationship drives her to tell others about him so that they may experience what they were made for too, and so that He is worshiped more. She has been on several ID Retreats over the last couple of years. You may see her working behind the scenes or teaching a session. Jordan Mortenson Allison Lilly Cory Lynne Myers has been a part of ID Ministries since 2006. She has a passion for writing and uses her talents to lead others in reading and understanding God’s word from her unique perspective through her writing for ID Ministries. She feels that ministry to parents of young girls is important and so she is one of the ladies who might be featured on a given weekend to lead a Life on Life session with moms. Cory has been equipped in a unique way for this particular ministry. Being still in her 20s, she has had the opportunity to be a “mom” to a teenager. In 2007, she and her husband, Aaron, were blessed with the presence of a 17-year-old girl coming and living with them during her senior year of high school. Through the ups and downs of that year, she developed an uncommon knowledge and wisdom through parenting a teenager at a young age herself. Cory Lynne lives in Cushing, Oklahoma with her husband, and daughter Elliana (Elli Kate). She is the Girls’ Ministry Coordinator and Senior Sunday school teacher for her church, First Baptist where her husband is the Minister to Youth. They have been serving together in ministry since 2004 when she and Aaron were joined in marriage. Cory Myers A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kristen Savage has had the opportunity to lead worship since the age of 17. She began leading for her own youth group, and after graduating high school and entering into college, her passion for leading teens remained. Kristen has been privileged to visit youth groups around Texas and Oklahoma for a worship session, as well as various Disciple Now’s and retreats. Kristen is also a songwriter and has incredible music on itunes and myspace (she is too modest to promote herself). Graduating from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2009, Kristen works full-time and lives in Durant, OK with her husband Kyle (married November 2010) where she is loving the Lord daily and eagerly waiting on Him to show her the next step of this life.email Kristen: Kristen@idministries.com

Kristen Savage Jennifer Mayo is a sophomore at Mid America Christian University in Moore, Oklahoma. She is pursuing a degree in Theology and Bible. Jennifer has traveled with I.D. ministries since 2009. Jennifer works with teenage girls from Tishomingo Junior High at United Church of Tishomingo. Some of her hobbies include spending time at the Callaway nursing home with her ladies, being at home with her sister and two foster brothers, and taking pictures. At I.D. retreats you may see Jennifer taking pictures of you eating chocolate or getting a facial. Her two favorite parts of I.D. ministries is remembering that God is continually molding us into the girl he wants us to be, and of course our random dance parties. Jennifer Mayo April Clay has been traveling with ID ministries since 2004. She is one of ID ministries’ primary worship leaders. You may also hear April teach a session, lead a morning workout, or read a bed time story. April has been leading worship since 1998. She has had the privilege of leading worship for many churches, Disciple Now’s, retreats, conferences, Falls Creek, camps, and various other events all over the country. She is also a member of the administrative staff directing personnel and human resource duties. She currently lives in Sulphur, OK with her husband Brad and son Matthias. The Clay family is also expecting their second child in January 2011. April assists her husband Brad with the student ministry at FBC Sulphur. She mentors students, directs the FBC youth band, teaches a weekly high school Bible Study, leads a college-age Sunday School class, and plans and organizes all girls ministry events. April Clay Alicia Crawley joined the ID Ministries team in 2008. She teaches the Life on Life Sessions for Moms and Youth workers at weekend retreats. Alicia has been studying and teaching God's Word and discipling women and teens for 8 years. She has also worked in Children's Ministry and Worship Ministry. She considers her greatest qualifications, however, to be that she is a beloved child of God and a parent of three beautiful children. Alicia has been happily married to Scott for 25 years. Together, they are the parents of Jordan, 21, Jonathan, 14, and Lauren, who at 16 went to live with her Lord Jesus Christ in February of 2008. God has used and continues to use Lauren's life and testimony to reach many for His Kingdom. Alicia Crawley Lisa Howell has been traveling with I.D. Ministries since 2007. Her primary role with I.D. is making sure things run smoothly by taking care of the sound and video components of a retreat. She also teaches, hangs out with the girls, and assists wherever she's needed. Lisa currently lives in Tulsa, OK with her husband, Roger, and their two daughters, Mckyla and Abby. Lisa loves being a full-time mom and spending time with her family. She also assists her husband with Woodland Acres Baptist Church's Student Ministry. She teaches Middle School Girls' small group and loves encouraging, hanging out, and just being there for the girls. Lisa Howell Karol Starr first came into contact with ID ministries when she was in seventh grade and attended retreats all through high school. She is one of ID ministries newest staff members and you will most likely find her working behind the scenes, which she absolutely loves. As of present, Karol attends Oklahoma State University in the strikingly scenic Stillwater where she is involved with the spirit-buoying BCM and the heartening Hillcrest Baptist Church. Karol Starr Beth Wilburn is a sophomore at Oklahoma State University majoring in Elementary Education where she plans to minister to junior high students. She has been attending ID Ministry retreats since 2004, beginning with her 7th grade year at Southern Hills Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Now, six years later, Beth has had the incredible privilege of becoming a part of ID ministries and joining the team and getting to go on the retreats as a leader. Beth can usually be seen doing the odd jobs or the behind the scenes work to make everything just right for every precious girl. She can also be seen reading the bedtime stories and assisting her friends in sparking the pre-facial dance parties. Having struggled much of her life with confidence and the knowledge that she is a Daughter of the King, ID Ministries has been an incredible blessing in her life. Beth has learned much about herself and her Incredible Father through these retreats and the amazing godly women who lead them. Beth Wilburn Allie Dossman, a firm believer in the saving power of Jesus Christ, was born on August 21, 1991, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she has resided for 18 years. She is currently working towards a bachelors degree at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. Allie would never be where she is today, however, without the influence and care of I.D. Ministries. I.D. Ministries was founded by Allie's Sunday School leader, Courtney Bullard, and she has been a part of the program as both a student and a leader since it's foundation. I.D. Ministries taught Allie early on that God loves her for exactly who she is and that He continues to pursue after her even when she runs away from Him. For this reason, Allie does her best to help with ID Ministries as often as possible so that she can share God's love and acceptance with other girls and show them how incredibly beautiful they truly are. Two possible retreat schedules Courtney came to know Jesus when she was 17 years old and has been growing in a beautiful love relationship with Him ever since. She is married to a wonderful man, Andrew. She is so blessed to have a love story that was written by God. Courtney and her husband have a precious kitty named Sophie and a cow-dog named Rufus, who Courtney happens to think, is the best dog in the entire world. But she could be biased. Courtney is a library assistant at the Ardmore Higher Education Center, which helps pay the bills. Courtney’s heart is in working with the youth ministry at FBC, Ardmore, mentoring, and traveling on occasion with ID Ministries. She also maintains the ID Ministries Facebook Page. Chelsea Neal Phoebe Barron has been traveling with ID Ministries since 2007. She teaches occasionally, and loves to lead out dance parties and break out sessions. Phoebe is a junior at East Central University pursuing a degree in Communication Studies . She married Jeff in May 2010 and they currently reside in Ada, OK. She is the collegiate ministry intern at Trinity Baptist and often leads D-Now groups, and speaks at different churches across southern Oklahoma. She mentors peers and plans events in her college ministry. Phoebe Barron Haley became involved with Individually Designed Ministries in the fall of 2006, and immediately found a new passion—speaking with girls about their relationship with Christ. With each opportunity to talk about worth, modesty, and purity, her zeal grows, and at the end of each retreat, she cannot wait to attend another. Haley is originally from Duncan, Oklahoma, and is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she studied communication. She serves on an event planning team that is coordinating the statewide conference for ID Ministries and also teaches the modesty sessions at weekend retreats. Email Haley: Haley@idministries.com

Haley Spradlin Nikki Lokey has been working with ID Ministries since 2003. She is one of the most versatile members of our staff. She began serving by traveling to churches assisting with weekend retreats. She has served as a Retreat Leader, Support Staff, Life on Life session leader, and whatever else the situation demands. She is currently a member of the Administrative staff handling all contracts and booking. However, her primary ministry is in Ardmore, OK. She is married to Aaron who is on staff as Student Minister at First Baptist Ardmore. She is a full-time mom of two gorgeous girls Lelia and Maggie and expecting their third child in January 2011. She is passionate about discipleship and mentoring. Nikki Lokey Courtney Belle Bullard is living the Fairy Tale set forth for her in Jenks, Oklahoma with her handsome prince, Steve, and with their beautiful daughter, Francesca Pearl. Married to a youth pastor can be a full time job but God has also entrusted I.D. Ministries to Courtney. Through the weekend retreats with I.D. Ministries and speaking to girls for over 10 years, Courtney's heart is that every preteen, teenage girl and woman will know their value and worth is found in Jesus Christ and Him alone. A typical retreat includes: Promotional material, Teachers, Worship Leader, Audio/Video Tech, Support Staff to aid in running the retreat and also to hang out with students, Speaker and teaching material for the mom/adult session, teaching materials (student handbooks included), "spa-time" materials, give-away items, and merchandise for purchase. We have developed a criteria for our pricing that is based on the size of your ministry and the components involved. We strive to keep our prices affordable to help you maximize your opportunities for ministry throughout the year. ID Ministries desires to communicate God's message of love and redemption with every opportunity presented to them. We have chosen Ephesians 2:10 as our theme verse. "For we are God's Masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." Our desire is for every girl to walk away from the weekend with a greater understanding of God's love for them, tools to help them live a God-honoring life, and encouragement to walk in purity. We are currentlly booking for Spring 2011. We will be launching new retreat material called "Fearless" for Spring 2011-Spring 2012. The material will help students to be "fearless" in being who God individually designed them to be, despite what every other source around them is saying. We hope they can begin living in the confidence of the Gospel, knowing to whom they belong. Our world is full of voices dragging us into a life of fear. God's word says " ...Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love."--1 John 4:18. We desire to allow God's perfect love to expel all fear that cripples us and disciple others to walk in this same truth.

A large majority of our staff is made up of wives of youth pastors and volunteer youth workers. Therefore, we have a huge heart for ministering to girls and women within a local church setting. We are excited to design a reatreat specifically for the needs of your ministry and girls. We want to be an instrument for your church to reach girls in your community. Our main avenue of reaching girls is weekend retreats. We bring in staff to teach, lead worship, run Audio/Video, and hang out with girls. There are minimal things the hosting ministry is responsible for. We desire to make it very easy and affordable for you to host. These retreats are designed to last overnight to help unite girls and encourage them to walk in purity as they realize their true value in Jesus Christ. During the retreats there are lots of fun, sometimes girly, bonding activities along with a little "spa time", engaging worship, and interactive sessions.

Individually Designed Ministries officially began in 2002. God burdened the heart of Courtney Bullard with a passion to reach teenage girls with the message of God's love. Over the next eight years God has brought more than twenty like-hearted women together to be His hands and feet, reaching over 10,000 girls in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Belize, Russia, and Romania. We look forward to the years to come as this ministry contiues to grow, giving us the opportunity to bring hope to many more students.
